He is focused on providing the best possible service to his customers.\n\"I want my customers to know I have a great passion for WOW customer service, and I look forward to visiting with each of them,\" he said.\nHe is also passionate about automobiles, NASCAR and sports, specifically all Tennessee Volunteer sports, and especially football.\nTibbs and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 36 years and have three sons: Geoff, 27; Doug, 25; and Connor, 21.
